Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will gladly fill out a claim to your insurance carrier and you will receive payment directly from the insurance. If you need any help with dental costs or have any questions regarding your account, please contact us at (305)935-6066. Many times, a simple telephone call can clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
